Twenty-four hour payment is achievable when three things line up: a clean claim, a verified partner and a trader that is organised to settle quickly.
What 24 hours means
The 24 hours runs from sign-off, which is the point at which we have checked the claim and it is ready to settle. It does not run from the day you installed the system. That is why lodging promptly matters. Once a claim is signed off, established partners see the money the next day.
How you qualify
- New partners. The first claim takes 48 to 72 hours while we verify your accreditation, ABN and bank details.
- Established partners. After that first claim, you move to 24-hour settlement.
- All claims. Must be complete: photos, serials, forms and details.
What can break it
A claim that is not sign-off ready. If something is wrong, the clock does not start. Common culprits are unreadable serial numbers, missing switchboard photos or an incorrectly completed form. Our top rejection reasons gives the full list.
| Situation | Typical outcome |
|---|---|
| Complete claim, established partner | Settled within 24 hours of sign-off |
| First claim, complete | 48 to 72 hours |
| Incomplete claim | Held until fixed |
What this means for installers
The promise is simple: published rate, locked on lodgement of a complete claim, zero fees and next day money. The how it works page lays out each step, and the Partner Program adds perks as your volume grows. Ready? Start trading.
Some partners ask whether they can bring forward the timeline further by lodging in bulk at the end of the day. Batching does not change the 24 hours, but a tidy end of day lodgement, with every photo set checked, means the sign-off happens early the next morning and the money lands soon after.
If you have a particular deadline, such as a supplier payment due on Friday, tell the desk when you lodge. We cannot move the verification rules, but we can prioritise the queue for a complete claim and tell you honestly what is achievable, which beats finding out on the day that the money has not arrived.
